Carefree Self Storage was created in the late eighties by Al Schrader of Plymouth, MN. The first location built was the Blaine facility followed by the Fridley location in the mid-nineties and Hudson in 2002. The Rogers location was built in 2005. Al's concept for Carefree is to make storage easy and affordable. Feel free to shop our prices. You'll see that they are extremely competitive. We're not some huge national company. We are a local operator that wants your business the first time and the next. We make your experience easy and fun. We add to your convenience by having keypad entries, well lit common areas and lights inside every unit. Our hours of operation are set up to work with your schedule and our managers live on site to be of assistance.
